4. Payment processing

Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another supported provider. Payment credentials are submitted to the payment provider under its own privacy policy. Ameen ERP does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV or equivalent authentication credentials. We may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, amount and billing records.

5. Business data and roles

For data entered by a subscribing business about its customers, suppliers, employees or transactions, that business determines the purpose and lawful basis of processing. Deedimart processes such data to provide the contracted software service and related support. Account administrators are responsible for user permissions and lawful collection of third-party information.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with hosting, backup, email, payment, analytics, security and support providers; professional advisers; government or regulatory authorities where legally required; or a successor in a lawful business restructuring. Providers are expected to protect information and use it for the agreed service.

7. International processing
